Getting Started with POOHRUNS Dispatch

Our Truck Dispatch Services setup packet is simple. Once you’re ready to start working with us, we will forward you a link to a carrier application to get started. Once we have all the paperwork, you’ll be introduced to your personal dispatcher and start work immediately. We are a reliable dispatch company who, that’s why our onboarding is smooth and streamlined. Here is what you need to sign up:

  • Signed Dispatch Service Agreement 

  • Carrier Profile Form 

  •  A Signed W-9 Form

  • Copy of Client's Authority (MC Letter)***

  • Copy of Owner Operator’s Driver License

  • Driver’s Driver License

  • Copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI)

POOHRUNS Dispatching helps with scheduling freight deliveries and arranging for pickups. We charge a percentage of the load. POOHRUNS finds and negotiate loads for owner operators.
